Eka Lomtatidze
Eka Lomtatidze is a human rights lawyer. Her areas of expertise include international human rights law, constitutional adjudication, and the judiciary. She has experience carrying out comparative legal studies, drafting strategic documents, and teaching. Previously, she worked for the Constitutional Court of Georgia, Ministry of Justice, and Public Defender’s Office of Georgia. She was also involved in criminal law and judicial reforms undertaken in 2013-2014. In 2017-2018, she served as the academic director of the National Institute of Human Rights at Free University Tbilisi.
Eka Lomtatidze is a graduate of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (LL.B.), Central European University (LL.M. in Human Rights), and Columbia Law School (LL.M.).
