Join public talks led by writer Dato Turashvili and local lawyers in Kutaisi (September 15) and Batumi (September 17). The discussions will explore themes of human freedom in literature, as well as stories of Georgians' fight for independence.

Public Talk in Akhaltsikhe: Free Speech and Freedom of Speech

The USAID Rule of Law Program in Akhaltsikhe will hold a public discussion on the topic of free speech and freedom of speech on July 30 this year. The public discussion will be led by writer Davit Gorgiladze and lawyer Zviad Kordzadze.

Tbilisi State University (TSU), with the support of the USAID Rule of Law Program, will hold an informational meeting on the topic: principles, institutions and legal instruments of the European Union. The meeting will be chaired by representatives of the Faculty of Law - Irine Kurdadze, Nana Mchedlidze, Paramjit Bervali and Tamta Zaalishvili.
