Literature of Freedom – Join public talks led by writer Dato Turashvili and local lawyers in Kutaisi (September 15) and Batumi (September 17). The discussions will explore themes of human freedom in literature, as well as stories of Georgians' fight for independence.
Dato Turashvili, known for his 1988 debut novel and the acclaimed Generation of Jeans (2001), has published 12 books, including Known and Unknown America (1993) and Kathmandu (1998).
Kutaisi's event will feature Darejan Saldadze, chair of the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association branch.
