The Project will increase the practical skills of legal professionals from different parts of Georgia, including final year law students and entry-level professionals, by engaging them in a 6-month interdisciplinary study program. The program will address the everyday work requirements of legal professionals, including the art of communication and negotiation, legal ethics and practical aspects of managing cases, both civil and criminal. 

Priority will be given to participants from the regions, as well as individuals from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, and those from ethnic minority groups.
