The project aims at ensuring the accessibility of judicial acts through monitoring, advocacy, and strategic litigation. IDFI will focus on the implementation of the Constitutional Court’s decision of June 7, 2019, which enhances accessibility of court acts. It will monitor the execution of the decision, engage with the Parliament and other relevant stakeholders, prepare an analytical report, and advocate for applicable legislative amendments to the Organic Law of Georgia on Common Courts.
