The project aims to improve the quality of the investigation of sexual crimes against women through monitoring and capacity building of the Special Investigation Service (SIS) of Georgia. The project's primary objectives are to identify gaps in the practice of the SIS, increase the gender sensitivity of the SIS staff, and raise public awareness of its mandate.
