The project aims to increase accountability of the Prosecutor’s Office by promoting effective parliamentary oversight and oversight by Prosecutorial Council.  The project team will analyze the relevant legislation, international practices, as well the reports of the Prosecutor’s Office and investigative bodies under its supervision. Interviews with the MPs and members of the Council will be conducted. 

The recommendations on legislative and practical changes will be developed and advocated with relevant stakeholders through meetings, a public presentation, and social media activities.
