TI Georgia will pursue 60 ongoing cases of unlawful dismissal and discrimination against journalists, and will seek to shape court practices and establish legal precedents that will significantly restrict the application of negligent and discriminatory dismissal procedures against journalists in the future. 

TI Georgia will support the beneficiaries in addressing their grievances to institutions, including the courts, the Public Defender’s Office, and the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics.
