The project will focus on strategic litigation on various forms of GBV, with a special focus on sexual harassment and sexual violence, and on technology-facilitated GBV. The support will be extended to all women, including women with disabilities, ethnic minority, and migrant women. SAPARI will also provide legal assistance to survivors/families of victims of GBV demanding compensation in line with the revised Law on Violence against Women and/or Elimination of Domestic Violence for the compensation.
