The project will support GAA’s efforts advocating for legislative amendments that will make the legal environment more arbitration-friendly. GAA will also work with the judiciary to identify challenges and help improve practice of courts related to arbitration and will also develop and deliver an ethics training module for its members. 

On the awareness-raising side, GAA will organize forums to increase the interest of Georgia’s business community in arbitration and will also put together a national student moot competition that will spark interest in arbitration among the future generation of lawyers in Georgia.
