The main purpose of the project is to make Georgian law and practice more arbitration-friendly. Georgian Association of Arbitrators (GAA) will work in the following directions: to mobilize private and state stakeholders to advocate for initiation of the legislative amendments package prepared by GAA; to draft consumer-related legislative amendments; Increase the interest of the business community in arbitration; increase engagement of academia in promoting and enhancing legal education in the field of arbitration; Develop the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Concept.
