The project aims to promote effective human rights implementation through judicial law development and quality legal education in collaboration with Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (BSU). TSU will develop and integrate two new clinical courses into its Master’s law program and assist BSU develop a clinical course on civil law court practice. The project also includes curriculum analysis, integration of court decision analysis into courses and organization of scientific-judicial forums in Tbilisi and Batumi to foster engagement between judges and academics.
