The project aims to improve court practices in housing and eviction cases by promoting socially sensitive approaches. The project includes researching legal standards, developing practical guidelines, and conducting training sessions for legal professionals and other stakeholders. Findings and recommendations will be shared at a public conference, with research materials available in Georgian, English, Armenian, and Azerbaijani languages to ensure accessibility.
