Social Justice Center (SJC) will work to provide access to justice for vulnerable groups (including non-dominant ethnic and religious groups, conflict-affected communities, socially disadvantaged groups, communities facing environmental risks) through strategic litigation that addresses systemic legal, institutional, and human rights challenges and the real needs of affected communities. The work will concentrate on issues such as equality and discriminatory policies towards ethnic and religious minorities, persons with disabilities, homeless groups, workers, socially vulnerable households, and environmental activists and movements.
The project covers Tbilisi, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Samtskhe-javakheti, Kakheti, Adjara, Imereti.
