The Georgian Bar Association (GBA) will develop the organizational, operational and analytical capacities of its thematic committees, especially the Justice and Judicial Reforms Committee and Human Rights Committee. The Association will also build the culture of inter-professional cooperation by supporting the work of the recently established Justice Coordination Council by organizing Tbilisi-based and regional bench-bar meetings on important legal matters. 

The USAID-funded project will also help GBA to strengthen its capacity in administering the Qualification Exam of Lawyers by developing a modern, well-functioning and secure online platform (bar exam software). The project will also launch and implement a professional ethics clinical program for Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University law students.
