Herb Bowman has extensive experience working in Georgia, serving as the Chief of Party for two USAID-funded rule of law projects.  He has also worked extensively in Asia, and Eastern Europe, and has experience in access to justice, human rights, institutional strengthening, and capacity development. 

Herb was a prosecutor in California and both a prosecutor and defense attorney in Colorado.
