Irina Lortkipanidze serves as the Regional Rule of Law Advisor and has been part of USAID-funded projects since 1997. Her name is associated with successful projects focused on the establishment and institutional strengthening of justice sector institutions, including the Georgian Bar Association and state-funded Legal Aid Service, as well as the drafting and adoption of Georgian normative acts, development strategies and action plans. 

She serves as a national consultant for UN Women Georgia and a national and international consultant for the Council of Europe. 

Irina holds a master's degree in international relations and bachelor’s degree in law.
