Mamuka Mamatsashvili has 20 years of experience in international organizations. He has been engaged in projects supported by both the U.S. government and the European Union in the field of strengthening the rule of law and the justice system. 

At different periods, as a Staff Attorney, Project Manager and Deputy Country Director, he has worked to strengthen and develop the Georgian Bar Association, Legal Aid Service, Prosecution Office, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the judiciary.

Prior to joining international organizations, he worked in various positions in state institutions. Mamuka is a member of the Georgian Bar Association. He graduated from Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law and was awarded a master's degree in law.
